Refund Policy — Rosie's Pet Paradise

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return Contact us at rosies2024@rosiespetparadise.com to initiate a return. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return, as they will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your package.

Please note that some items are fulfilled directly by our suppliers. Return instructions and addresses may vary depending on the item. We will provide the correct return details upon approval.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at rosies2024@rosiespetparadise.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will make it right.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods (food, treats, supplements)
• Custom or personalized items
• Personal care goods (grooming products, hygiene items)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
